Karina has loved going to the dentist since she was a little kid. She always appreciated how it made her feel, especially knowing her smile was unique—just like everyone else’s. From a young age, Karina knew she wanted to be in the dental field. After attending Anthem College and Carrington College, she graduated in 2014 as an EFDA Dental Assistant. She enjoys working with children and teaching them the positive side of keeping their teeth healthy. It brightens her day to help kids feel comfortable, happy, and confident in their smiles. Karina likes to say, “Only brush and floss the teeth you want to keep.” Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, she loves teaching her two littles how to keep their smiles healthy. You can often find her at the beach with her twins.
