Crew Information

Our highly trained team strives to make each child’s dental experience a positive one. We aim to turn a routine visit to the dentist into a fun trip to a new place by making every child feel special and welcome. Our crew is trained to minimize patient anxiety through careful handling of instruments, thorough explanations and child-appropriate demonstrations of procedures whenever possible. Additionally, every crew member has cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification, as well as training in the safe use of nitrous oxide.

“You are all the best! Jacob has had a very positive experience and enjoys coming to the office. He likes the fish tank and the chameleon. I am so pleased with the care and compassion given to him as is his mother.”- Kristi, patient’s grandmother

Rosalea, Front Office ManagerRosalea is our Front Office Manager. She greets patients, answers your phone calls, and is the go-to person for insurance claim questions or financial concerns. Whether your child’s treatment includes sedation or general anesthesia, or is a simple re-care appointment, she works with each family to ensure accuracy of your treatment finances. Rosalea came to us from a previous career of teaching, both in public and local Waldorf schools. She also has a background in dental insurance claims billing, treatment planning, and patient care coordinating. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education in 2001, she came to Portland and can’t imagine living anywhere else. Her family enjoys camping, finding creative ways to build forts for their 8-year old son, and playing with their two cats.  Now that she has a bit of free time, Rosalea is rediscovering her love of scrapbooking and sewing.

She was not fidgety, anxious, or her “usual” hyper self. She was calm and said she loved the dentist and going to the dentist. I also loved the modern practice with their x-rays – much more user friendly for both children and adults!”- Krista, patient’s mother.Savina
