What does it mean that a dentist is Mercury Free? Or BPA-free?

Monday, August 24th, 2009

At World of Smiles, we only want the best for each and every patient. This means we use the most sophisticated products that we know are safe and healthy. Therefore, we do not use any mercury-containing materials. We use dental materials that are the most biocompatible. We do not use Dental Sealants or restorative materials that contain Bisphenol-A. Rest assured that we are concerned with the overall health of your child and we do our research to make sure what we use is properly tested and proven. If you have a question or concern about a dental product you should always ask your dentist to provide you more information. Dr. Stafford encourages parent involvement and welcomes questions concerning product safety and ingredients.
